All religions that I am aware of seem to have teachings on this, and even esoteric currents such as the gnostics have thier ideas about purpose and origins of mankind.</p>
<p dir="auto">Does Thelema have any "doctrine" as to the esoteric meaning of the book of Genesis?</p>

<p dir="auto">Thelema per se? Not that I can think of.</p>
<p dir="auto">Crowley, as a philosopher before and after 1904, had various views on the origin of the universe, but not that I can recall on the specific thing about which you inquired. Ideas can be inferred from essential Thelemic principles, but I don't know of anything in the core Thelemic dogma about it.</p>

<p dir="auto">No - there isn't any mention of it in Liber Legis etc.</p>
