<![CDATA[Franz Bardon]]>I was wondering if any one has studied or practiced Franz Bardons [December 1, 1909 – July 10, 1958] system of magic at all?

Books like "Initiation into Hermetics" or "The Practice of Magical Evocation"

how do you mean "not of us"? He is prudish about drug use and he seems prudish in general. Also for some reason he totally omits any Chakras reference and i personally found that to be flawed. The emphasis is on cautious balance in mind, body and astral/moral as the student advances.

that's not a book title; i mean his magickal theory is or the birds while his practices - at least in "initiation into hermetics" - are pretty good.

Theory is lacking, Bardon leaves most of it for you to figure out as you go along.

I like the idea of Bardon,as far as I know he was never really involved with any group and was a solo practitioner.

I found it to be useful, especially in connection with Enochian Elemental Magick.
