The selective absorption of the full spectrum yields color, it's most limited absorption looks white.  It's complete absorption, in a black surface, requires a complimentary frequency of vibration, and that spectral resonance converts the light to atomic movement and, thereby, into heat.</p>

This receptiveness goes beyond the gender-polarity, it's androgynous; for, in order to truly receive something, we must already have attracted it to ourself by the laws of our very nature, and vice versa, only what we are capable of receiving do we attract.</p>
<p dir="auto">"But to love me is better than all things", says the Goddess, "Seek me only!". Thus is the Adept black by the virtue of his/her Love.</p>
