Is Southern California distinctly different to the North?
Also, has anyone heard of the graphic novel Love and Rockets? I think it's based in South Cali.

I heard that there is a north south divide, generally.

Within California, the north/side divide is fairly pronounced.

But when you compare both to, oh, anywhere else in the universe, northern and southern California seem pretty much the same.

The comic was awesome yeah man,. Gritty stuff. Raymond Pettibon sort of nailed what L.A. is al about also. Have you heard of him?
