I have so much energy.
Do I bleed it out and pour it on the earth
And mourn my worthless sacrifice?Do I change it into anger,
And destroy my enemies without mercy?Do I give it to a lover,
And dote until I die?Do I use it to generate
A never-ending stream of words?Or build a religion full of pomp?
Test the limits of my endurance?
Hear the voices from another room?
Power my getaway from life's chains?
Get as far as I can from everything I knew?It's mine. All mine.
And it's all for her.
I am nothing.
She is all.
To Nuit! -

The Sacred Fire of devotion is an upward-pointed Arrow; it gradually transmutes the Elements of experience into more subtle, more deep vibrations. It's the Fire of devotion, but it doesn't originate from the personality; it's "a pure flame without oil", the Fire of Spirit for which the human is a vehicle.
"If I lift up my head, I and my Nuit are one"- beyond the Word and the Fool.
