A More Humble Request Involving Alchemy

"The second is longer, and takes you circuitously; it is plain and easy, if by the help of the Magnet you turn neither to left nor right."
This is the normal way of wandering through life - Truth eventually working its way through the layers of your being, from inside to outside, as a result of the experiences to which you are exposed and the way that you respond to and interact with it. It may take years, decades, or lifetimes, but, since this isn't a race, it counts most that it is also a sure method.
It is circuitous - that is, it seems to wind you on and off the path at different times, and seems to go in circles to lead you, eventually, forward. It is "plain and easy" because the only technical method is to live life, actually interact with life, and be patient. The "Mgnet" is your own center - the solar secret center of your Holy Guardian Angel which draws you inexoribly and, as you progress, you are progressively drawn more in a straight line and less "right or left" from your own true way.

So if someone was to completely be themselves...they would eventually reach the truth?
Well I suppose it is too late for me now as I have had number one thrown upon me.
It is so difficult. -

"And never too late to start."
And "There is joy in the setting-out", or so they say.
I think what "anyone" meant, though, is that it is too late for him or her to opt out of the short, dangerous path with rocky places.By the way, where is that quote from?

These last few months I have been bubbling, twitching and randomly making noises with my mouth.
Sometimes when I go for walks my legs will sporadically twitch and I can't seem to stop them.
The twitching even happens on my face.
My environment also raps and clicks too. -
You could have seritonin syndrome?

Sounds like you have raised Kundalini without being ready for it.
If this is the case stay away from upward meditation. Stay away from anything that would make you more sensitive such as caffeine. Deep rhythmical breathing may help.If you do not have a teacher my advice is to find one.
