In which Equinox (or other book) can I find more information on Liber XXVIII, The Ceremony of the Seven Holy Kings?

It's unpublished - intentionally.
Similarly, it's intentional (and important) that not much information be made available on it. In this case, it could easily compromise its efficacy.
All that's given out is that after six months in their grade, select Probationers are admitted to a special ceremony, Ritual XXVIII, Liber Septem Regnum Sanctorum.
I've been privileged once to admit a Probationer to this. It's quite a remarkable (and rare) opportunity for an officer to practice many of the core magical skills.

Jim i know that you probably cant say, but i wondered what the decision to initiate a probationer with that ritual is based on. cand you describe it in a vague way? (not the initiation, but the requirements the decision is based on.)
i also wanted to thatnk you for putting the first six chapters of your book on the S.Y. on here. i dont have time to read over them until tonight, but in my opinion that book is essential reading for anyone interested in magick. the more i read, the more i am convinced that to get a real understanding of the Qabalah, the S.Y. is a must. -

Nope. Can't give a clue. - The criteria are spelled out pretty completely in the ritual, but can't be disclosed without screwing with someone's process.
In case it's any consolation, I can say that the whole question is irrelevant unless the step is uniquely relevant to a particular Probationer's process. Also, it isn't something someone could put themselves through - so, for example, it isn't something that would be of the slightest use to a solo practitioner.

thank you Jim.
kinda figured that was gonna be the answer.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law
yeah... i'm with jim on this one.
stick to your oath and task; that's Plenty. worrying about stuff like this just engenders lust of result.
i've never performed it, myself. i'm gonna shut up now, before my will to be a Jokester gets me into The Trouble, heh...
