    21. O the filthy one! the dog! they cry against thee.
    Because thou art my beloved.
    22. Happy are they that praise thee; for they see thee with Mine eyes.

I know it's obvious, but it still strikes me as profound. It's this ability to see someone through the eyes of true understanding, which is beyond reproach. there is nothing that is good or bad by way of a summary judgment. By contrast, it is the appreciation of the artist, every twist and turn of the soul is aesthetically beautiful. Each accident of nature or conditioning of nurture, each dark tendency, each excess is a rare flower of exquisite beauty. Ulysses was described, as a result of his many wanderings as have been turned in many directions. This echoes the sentiment that every experience is potentially a sacrament, and follows on the previous passage that the soul is 'already' perfect in the eyes of the beloved.

    Probably stating the obvious, but...

Technically (from the flow of the text), this is still Adonai speaking directly to V.V.V.V.V. - that is, to the Binah aspect, or Neshamah.

But this entire range of verses, less critically examined, has always struck me (from the time I was in Thelemic diapers) as speaking more or less to everyone. As a Probationer it was certainly speaking to me - ME! 🆒 - in my eager innocence, and stunning me silent with what it was saying. And it still does! There has never been a point that it hasn't seemed that these passages (let's say, especially, vv. 11-27) failed to speak to me as if it were a personal, intimate conversation.

Narrowing the focus to understand it distinctly as Chiah speaking to Neshamah, Cosmic Father-Husband to Cosmc Mother-Wife, Yod to Heh simply adds a deeper element to it.

"The hater's gonna hate, but the real will respect it"...that's what I get out of this passage. What it looks like in my life is telling the truth to people that claim they want the truth but really want to be lied to. And then telling the truth to people who can take it for what it is, the truth and appreciate it.
