(A transparently Chesed verse.)
More beautiful imagery. Here She is not of the day, but of sunset and night. In the west, the essential formula is "death = ecstasy." She is Night receiving Tum into her bosom, the arched goddess who swallows and devours all that transverse the sky — having been borne (and born) from her womb in the East.
"65. To me! To me!"
Ecstasy. Proud and strong surrender. Ecstasy as superconsciousness. (And, of course, To me is the pun of TO MH = 418 = "The Not."
It's interesting to note that the volume was fading in the dictation. AC wrote (Equinox of the Gods) that the words of this verse were spoken "diminuendo down to pianissimo, indicating the withdrawal of the goddess."
"66. The Manifestation of Nuit is at an end."
The object is attained, completed, fulfilled, concluded. (And 66 is the sum of the first 11 numbers, or "Nuit in her full extension.")

A very strange thing happened to me, after reading this meditation, and Mr. Eshelman's comment about the manifestation being at the end...and the mathematical sum of the previoous eleven numbers...
Well, I love number crunching....sometimes I don't know why I think to add up certain things, and never quiet sure what the meaning of the sum really is.
So, any ways. I have admitted my ignorance in the realms of the Hebrew alphabet, the Tree in general and well...ignorance of a lot of the whole ceremonial magician stuff. I have never really given it much though, just sort of intuit.
But that one statement, about the sum had me up all night thinking about the major arcana, and what I gist as the actual meanings behind this symbolic cards.
So the long and short of it was that I had a huge ah ha moment when I added up all the arcana, realized what that number was, and what it could mean, if someone was to actually spend the time combining then into all the different aspects, which I think are called gates.
The idea hasn't firmly settled in me yet, and I think I am still missing one equation, it felt like it was on the tip of my brain, but I just wasn't their yet.
I am curious if this circle with the alphabet on the outside should be a sphere? Viewing it as a one dimensional plane seems to be missing something, but then again, thinking about how the cosmos is.....maybe not.
Well anyways, it Was a pretty major thing for me to think about, all on my own, and then to be able to see how others actually worked it much further along was very cool...I felt like I was drunk almost.
So thanks for that
