True Will: How?

"Is there a working equivalent of the Abremalin operation that doesn't require a month off from work and seclusion in a special environment? Are there options?"
There are lots of options. Ultimately, each person needs to find their own.
My advice: Become a Dominus Liminis of the A.'.A.'.. The Dom Lim is close enough to the limen, or edge to have many guidance channels open, and has done enough prior work to know the consequences of any of the main categories of practice in his or her own work. In other words, the Dom Lim is perfectly prepared to know what to do next. (You can correctly say that the Dom Lim has the magick power of knowing what to do next.)
The goal should always be the next step... not half a dozen steps
(PS - I'm confused about the relationship of your subject line to your question. Are you possibily confusing "knowing your True Will" with "Knowledge & Conversation of the HGA"?)

This is when the "to each their own" thing comes into play (which if just left alone can actually create a disaster because now suddenly everyone has it right!)
You're version of the Abramelin might be to learn a perfect classical dance routine to some ancient concerto, memorizing every up and down and sway and POMPOM of the music while your body effortlessly glides to the movements and flights and pirouettes of the moments while on a stage in front of hundreds or in front of a mirror just imagining the audience and before you know it you are in marriage and communion with your HGA.
Or maybe your a tinkerer with watches who loses himself in amazing mathematical understandings while toiling over magnifying glasses at intricate clockwork devices....
Or maybe you'll memorize Lincoln's address at Gettysburg and reenact it for your local historical society and suddenly find yourself a breath away from ecstasy.
There are any number of substitutes for the method, but no substitute for the results.

Maybe so. I'm under the impression that one can't really know one's Will for certain unless one achieves Knowledge and Conversation. I would be happy to be otherwise enlightened.
Saturn's working my natal Sun. I'm not really sure how to work with it except to try to deal with all this frustration surrounding knowing and expressing my Will and be open to what evolves. I guess I'm just looking for something practical to do in order to align myself with the influence instead of fighting it.
Also, thanks, Takamba. I connected with that.

Total bullshit. - Not just my opinion: Crowley was adamant that people shouldn't confuse the two.
We have an entire system (not the only one - just saying that we have one) for bringing someone to the clear, conscious, insight-driven understanding of their True Will. I have never seen it fail once in a quarter of a century for someone who has gone through every step. On the other hand, people who succeed in that may still be years away from the Knowledge & Conversation of the HGA.

Aside from working one-on-one with someone who can assist you directly in this, my best advice is to get, and devour, the book Let Your Life Speak by Parker J. Palmer. (On Amazon you can see my review, originally published in Black Pearl.)

"1. Are you referring to a specific technique or the whole early process of the MMSAA? Where can I find it? "
The specific technique, stated concisely, is "pass through Temple of Thelema from 0° initiation through Portal, and complete the Portal process." (As you can guess, it involves several dozen substeps - but the whole of the system is created, ultimately, to produce this one result. It has nothing to do with M&MAA per se, which is working at a whole different level.`
"2. When you refer to someone working one-on-one with me, are you talking about an astrologist? Or?"
I mean, at the least, a competent counsellor of some sort and, more generally, a teacher to assist you through a personal or general curriculum. (PS - The word is "astrologer.")
But, absent that... the best I can do is recommend that book. This isn't a toss-off recommendaton: The recommended book is the only book I've read in my entire life that I wish I'd written. It's important enough that, in addition to the rest of the curriculum, every Portal member of Temple of Thelema is instructed to get it and read it. (A few years ago, that was upgraded from "a good recommendation" to "officially issued.")

You could also try Jungs methods of Active Imagination: amzn.to/uTqZZ7
This was a method Jung used when he wrote his Liber Novus - The Red Book. The main entities he encountered, which called themselves Elijah and Salome, helped guide him through advancing stages of individuation, or psychic wholeness.
This was the method I used before I had ever heard of Crowley. It came very naturally, proceeded to unfold a whole new dimension of my psyche very rapidly (although not my goal) and resulted in me knowing and understanding things I had no conscious understanding of prior. I began researching Qabalah and gnosticism after these events and eventually learned about Crowley. Studying Crowleys stuff helped me recognize the full validity of my guide and the process of inner alchemy i was being taught.
To each his own, but I think active imagination is a very simple way to approach the concept of K&C and has worked for members of my family who had no prior involvement with occult or psychology. -
You're reminding me of what started all this for me.
I was in seminary, supposed to be performing a kataphatic prayer exercise (with specific images), and I kept running into extra characters. They freaked me out. lol...
That led me to Jung, and I saw that it was basically an active imagination exercise. I didn't know how to interact with the extra characters, and, at the time, they seemed to be showing me an understanding of God that I could not accept - that I actively rejected.
You know, the one I now embrace... lol...
Then BOTA, then an internal pronouncement of the Law, then a psychic eruption, then here. The rest you know
Now that I look back on it, it's strange that I have not been practicing what seemed to come so naturally to me. I'll definitely try that.
Thanks.
