Since i´m currently working with Liber Had i thought i should ask the experiences of others.

I have done the Meditations in several different ways (this is not the first time with Liber Had) both as purely Mystical Meditations, and in the circle as the climax of Ritual.

At this time i did it in the circle (Banishing by Star Ruby, Invoking by Reguli) but found it very distracting.

The Meditation was the last one and calling everything in to oneself while at the same time being surrounded by a lot of "alien" energies "calling for attention" was a bit difficult.

Energizing as it is it is still not as focused on Hadit as it use to be (and that might not even be bad).

I just want to hear how others usually perform the Meditative parts of Liber Had and Liber Nu.

There is after all nothing in Liber Had that says that the Elements have to be called WHILE Meditating (or right before rather).

Which specific paragraph number are you asking about? Your description doesn't sound familiar to me from Liber H A D off the top of my head and I haven't had the time to pull out a copy and look at it.
