Gematria on the Stele of Revealing
-
Recently, a friend of mine asked me about the Gematria for the new Stele's catalog number given by the Egyptian Museum. As we all know, the original number gave by the old Boulaq Museum was the very famous 666. The modern Egyptian Museum kept the 666 just as a reference, but the one they use is number 94.22.
Two ways to approach this is to take it as two separate numbers. 94 and 22, or add them up.
I've come up with interesting answers, and they point to the Great Work, Regeneration, Unity and Love.
Anybody see something I'm not seeing?
Thanks!

No, but youre seeing something I'm not seeing - i.e. the relevance of this number whatsoever.

Yes... I think I should elaborate.
94 has some strange correspondences in 777, four of them are interesting: Corpse, Valley of vision, to Extinguish and Destruction. It only makes sense if you add up the number... 9+4= 13
13 corresponds to the Death card, but also to Love in Hebrew. It is also Unity in Hebrew. You can say that after Death, there is Love. After crossing the Valley of Destruction/Vision, you'll find Unity which is also Love.
If you add 1+3 you'll get 4. More on this later.
Take 22.The number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet. It also has the correspondence to Unity. It represents a cycle... any cycle. So you have the 4 that represents the square and the "unity" of the circle. The Great Work.
Adding 4 + (2+2)=8, the number of of Regeneration and Infinity.

These sound like completely arbitrary correspondences in relation to Thelema... how are they interesting?
"13 corresponds to the Death card, but also to Love in Hebrew. It is also Unity in Hebrew."
Im aware. As is anyone who has read an intro to Qabalah whatnot...
"You can say that after Death, there is Love. After crossing the Valley of Destruction/Vision, you'll find Unity which is also Love."
You can say a lot of things...
"If you add 1+3 you'll get 4. More on this later."
"Take 22.The number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet. It also has the correspondence to Unity. It represents a cycle... any cycle. So you have the 4 that represents the square and the "unity" of the circle. The Great Work."
I also have an apple and a computer. The Great Work.
"Adding 4 + (2+2)=8, the number of of Regeneration and Infinity.
"
Are you aware this is a very simple and common (and rather arbitrary) Qabalistic meditation? I still do not see its significance whatsoever.

Mmmmmm... You know, maybe you are right... maybe there is nothing relevant there...

Since it is the time of the Crowned and Conquering child, and the number of Thelema is 93, what follows it is 94 or its children.
The Stele is one of Revealing, so one might say it provides vision (a magical one at that).
So, I thought of it as a reference to the magical nature of children (and how they view the world ) as well as calling for the attention of the children of Thelema to look/ponder what the Stele revealed.

Your powers of logic are questionable. Qabalistic gematria hasnt viewed numbers as ordinal wherever Ive read/learnt about it.

Though founded on questionable reasoning, I have to give it to your for your adaptive imagination.

"I was thinking of it as 93 + 1, Thelema + a perspective on it, which creates a Child. However, since there are many perspectives instead of just one, Children.
