Does anyone have any idea what the symbols in Liber VII, IV:44 mean?

93,
In his commentary Crowley writes:
"Sigils reading from left to right explained by the symbols: 1st line [Air of Air], [Water], [Earth], [Fire], [Water of Air], [Earth of Air], [Fire of Air], [Air of Fire], [Earth of Earth], [Fire of Water]. 2nd line [Fire of Earth], [Water of Earth], [Air of Fire], [Water of Fire], [Earth of Fire]."

There is no commentary to Liber VII in Commentaries on the Holy Books and Other Papers & the livejournal site does not have a works cited or source listing. How can we be sure that those attributions are correct?
