Navel Chakra

ok, I've been having problems in my navel chakra (svadistthana) for a couple years now i guess i could say, pains, not like cramps, but tightening pains, i have developed anxiety around the time that navel chakra went wacko, and nervous problems from there.
i looked it up in 777, relates to sphere of mercury, hod, thoth anubis,odin-loki, hermaphrodie, ect.. ect.. and nerve troubles(anxiety?) everything on line 8 lol, wrote it down but i think useless to post it all, so my question is does is correspond with the element air?probly, but not directly since it is of hod, planet mercury, but like on a previous topic air can be invoked as a preliminary to hod, but another question is ok, hod is air-knowledge like a library with arch angel micheal in it right? so air and fire? or is the fire like the spiritual fire like 31 bis in 777?
anywho how do i fix it? ive tried meditating on my chakras, cant feel them, do i meditate on the air? do air meditations? invocation of air and hod/mercury?
Note: when i do the MP i can feal all my chakras but the navel and root, mabye the navel being messed up is blocking the root? week lower back a symptom? and i get anxiety when i start thinking of which systems to practice, or what book to read, or what excercise to perform and so on...

That table is a weak spot in 777. I think the better attributions are the traditional Eastern association of Svadisthana to the element Water, and the planetary attribution of Mars.
Attributions aside, if you're feeling painful physical sensations near that chakra, I'd start with a two- or three-week colon cleanse.
You may wish to meditation on Atu XVI, The Tower, to unlock what subconsciousness is trying to tell you.

Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be The Whole Of The Law
In terms of the Svadisthana chakra you might also want to consider excercise as this area is generally held to be the seat of the life force of the individual. Consider basic pranyama work as well. Deep relaxing breaths using diaphram. Note: Diaphram isn't your belly, its a hollowed curve that seems to support your lungs. Breath in, your stomach should expand naturally with no muscular movement. Shoulders should drop down and back. Breath out, your stomach relaxes back in.
Breathing is important. I would say that the vast majority of people only breath just enough so that they don't suffocate.
Where exactly is the pain located? On the surface muscular pain? Upper abdominal pain? Lower inside your stomach by your spine?93 93/93

ok, sucks, and ya because it said hod, mercury air ect... then he throws water in it, thats why i asked. how would i mix fire and water? idk, i give the tower meditation a shot, it is a popular card that usually finds a way to pop up in my personal readings, (which i dont do too much )

"i would have to say more service, couple inches below the navel and parallel to the lower back, which is a bit week, and sometimes can spreaed to my solar plexus, the feeling of the pain is weir in both places, it is usually like a cool shill like life being sucked out i guess i could say making the spot feel cold like dead people, with i guess "stabbing" pains for lack of a better term, its not gas pains, not pain from constipation, not sore, or any common pay i guess i could say, experienced most common bodily pains, i guess its a cold stressfull stabbing tearing feeling.
i hate typing long posts, but this might serve the topic and mabye givce insight, if not then oh well. but either right before the anxiety and navel chakra/solar plexus crap started or right after(bad memory) i had a few freaky dreams of this black dragon serpent thingy with no wings and small legs gripping on my tail bone, scared me half to death, and i think during that time i was reading into set, and salying apet or whatever its name is, and the LHP in general, and not long after i dreamt of sitting cross-legged with the thing attached to my tail bone still on the earth, but the earth was small like my head in the clouds and heavens a bit, very colorfull and rainbowy, and it zoomed out, me looking at myself from behind from a distance to see the whole picture i guess, and was wearing a light tan yoga robe with a purple stripe and was bald, and while looking at my self just(weirdly) knowing im meant to do or be something great (magickally/esoterically speaking, or atleast that was the impression)
then i got scared shitless or to death would be better, but i have to overcome the black dragon thingy.i have quite a bit of weird symbolic dreams/thoughts ect... i just think this one specifically might be related.
so if this makes any sinse esoterically or logically, how do i get past it? or if it doesnt then just disregard it. -
WOW! Alias, this sounds very familiar.
About 15 years ago I joined AMORC (but was complimenting their system with LBRP and MP) and I developed a rather hectic anxiety disorder. My psychologist at the time told me to stay away from spiritual practices, which is probably the worst thing I did! I wasted about 14 years as an armchair philosopher.
My recent work however has brought back a whole host of emotions, including anxiety. I've recently had problems with a spastic colon and went onto some medication for it. However, what has been working for me was the old animistic technique of "talking to your issues" as though they are independent spirits. I don't use the whole ceremonial method but rather a simple Jungian "active imagination" technique and of course I then compliment it with LBRP. When anxiety comes up I objectify it, and have a little chat...empathize with it etc. My first experiment was with my spastic colon, I drew it, gave it a name and during a deep relaxed state engaged in conversation.
Ramsey Dukes suggests this technique in "Uncle Ramsay's little book of demons: the positive advantage of personifying life's problems", although he doesn't mention the specific technique's for making contact. It could be in a simple "active imagination" way or a full goetic style working with triangle and all. I'm not set up for the latter yet. I brought this up in another thread about "bargaining versus binding" and he suggests that if one values achievement over success one must play "tough love" with one's "demons" whereas if one values happiness over achievement one might try empathy with them instead. Indeed, in my own experiments I've managed to get what he calls a "polarity flip" when I empathized deeply enough with my depression (which was related to my spastic colon). I'd highly recommend his book as a theoretical observation of the strategies involved in dealing with life's problems (demons).
The reason I mention this is because during a "breakthrough polarity-flip" dialogue, while I was in a relaxed state I actually experienced energy movement from the Svadisthana up to the heart and throat centers! Something I never expected at all! This has opened up a whole new area of work for me. It's the most progress I've made with my depression, anxiety and health issues ever. My spastic colon is no longer particularly spastic and I'm off the medication as well. People have been telling me for years that I have too much pent up energy in my Svadisthana. Something else that has helped me, has been learning to be "okay" with not feeling "okay", emotional resilience I guess....doing the work, the ordeals etc, knowing that this is just a process I'm going through. Before this I kept thinking "why am I broken?" and tried suppression over empathy.
Anyway, I just thought I'd mention what I've been doing and the results I'm getting out of it. Lionel Snell (Ramsay Dukes) performed the Abramelin Operation in 1977, so he has years of wisdom to impart regarding the long-term results of how we deal with our "demons". All I can say is that this "intuitive" approach has been far more successful than trying to intellectualize these problems. A few weeks ago the doctors were convinced I had a duodenal ulcer so I drew it, asked it for a name and began dialogue. After a few minutes, I intuited that I don't have an ulcer at all but rather a spastic colon that was bloating and causing my stomach to herniate through my diaphragm (a hiatus hernia). Two days later, a gastroscopy of my stomach and a sonar of my intestine confirmed my intuition. Your body can tell you what's up with it. Of course be aware that you may be led down a road of slight confusion. In my experience, one has to empathize with one's "personal demons", but know that they kind of represent a malformed shadow aspect of an archetype. If you can get to that point of "polarity flip" through empathy then you touch on that pure archetype. Be careful then to not go too far into the other pole (for example self-hatred can polarity flip into narcissism) but maintain a balance. It seems like a juggling act.
I'm not too experienced with this yet, so take it from where it comes. Best of luck!
PS: As I go deeper into this I realize the need for a full Goetic style working. The 'Active imagination' technique is fine for the little things but when you start working with serious aggression for example you want it to be "objective".

Alias, interesting dream. I have had something like that too. I had a dream of a psy trance witch who walked next to me and touched my lower back... When I woke up I got pain in that area for a few or more days. I think I remember the spot even turned reddish and itchy. It heals, I think it's energy clearing some major blocks. Use medicine to rub the area etc.

I agree, I don't like these attributions either. I prefer to attribute Muladhara to Malkuth, Svadhisthana to Yesod, Manipura to the crossing of Peh and Samekh, Anahata to Tiphareth, etc.
Since I also regularly practice with Zen, Chinese (Taoist/Kungfu/Chi Cung/Tai Chi Chuan) and Tree of Life systems, each with similar yet different attributions, I've been at times confused of issues such as how much can I borrow from system, etc. For instance, if in Zazen they tell I should breathe to the lower abdomen, should I use my skills from dantian or Yesod meditations or try to do it the Zen way?
With time I've come to build some kind of "elasticity" in my mind so that it doesn't matter that much to me. Sometimes I practice it the Zen way, sometimes I do basically the same practice and think of Yesod there, yet sometimes I do dantian breathing. It would have been easier to work only in one system, I guess, but then again, it's Magick.
One nice thing about working with multiple systems is that you can use their common ideas to figure out what's important. For instance, most of these systems have the "Middle Pillar" in the spine and also often start with breathing or meditation to the lower abdomen, so I figured I could as well start there.
