In the spirit of Halloween..

1. Find a cool picture.

2. Skip the complicated stuff and just hit the "print screen" button.

3. Open Microsoft Paint, "paste" it, and then crop it. Save it as a JPEG.

4. Go to jpeg-optimizer.com and resize your picture to within 120 pixels square.

5. Fiddle with the compression level until the file size is less than 6 kilobytes.
