"Love is the law, love under will" meaning
-
I admit that I have never really understood much about this tenant. I suppose it has something to do with love being subservient to the will and also if you divide 93 by 93 you of course get 1, so it could have something to do with the oneness of all things?
I don't know. Insight is appreciated.

One paragraph on the subject from the first chapter of my book, Pearls of Wisdom:

"You can, perhaps, understand the important doctrine of “love under will” by regarding it as love as choice – love as the context of Will – and, more deeply, love in the service of Will. Connection between us (as in human relationships) is the crucible of individual distinction. Mature individuality arises most healthily, powerfully, and distinctively from the context of closeness and connection."

Another way to read this is Love as the foundation, or ground, of Will. The unity of all life is the field whereon Will operates. The connection of all life is the means by which Will is capable of infinite extension in infinite direction.
We have seen that "there is no law beyond Do what thou wilt." If Love is here stated to be the law, then Love = Do what thou wilt. The greatest act of love we can offer to ourselves, to humanity, and to the universe is to fulfill our purpose, entwined as it is with the purpose of the whole, and with every individuated aspect despite illusions of disparity.

"This Love is the Love for "Nothing under its three forms. It is not, yet informeth all things" (from Liber Trigrammaton)? That is, this Love needs Will or Force or Effort and this is the Law of the path to return? Love Under Will. Those whom do not apply such Love Under Will are therefore destined to remain in the dross of matter only and are punished (by Law) i.e. the judgements of RHK.

Like Uni_Verse says. "Love under will" is the Universal Solvent. It is the formula for Free Flow, thus of Nature. Hence it is the antithesis of Restriction. Solve et coagula.
"If the body of the King dissolve, he shall remain in pure ecstasy for ever." AL II:21
"the joy of dissolution all." AL I:30
