December 5 (Nuit) Liber L., Cap. I, v. 57
-
**57. Invoke me under my stars! Love is the law, love under will. Nor let the fools mistake love; for there are love and love. There is the dove, and there is the serpent. Choose ye well! He, my prophet, hath chosen, knowing the law of the fortress, and the great mystery of the House of God.
All these old letters of my Book are aright; but Tzaddi is not the Star. This also is secret: my prophet shall reveal it to the wise.

To invoke under the stars... perhaps, and certainly to me on one level, this is simply a matter of invoking Her outdoors under the canopy of night. The significance of what a star is in this book, i.e., humanity's divine nature, it could also refer to recognizing this in each other and by that observation invoking Her.
Love is the life-force that flows through and etches the pattern into manifestation which governs our existence spurred by will. My own paraphrasing, of "love is the law, love under will", which I'm sure will be revised as I further contemplate it.
The next part, which requires more study on my part, I take at this moment as an emphasis on discrimination in recognizing the ways the forces of love manifests.
Lastly, I ascribe the last part of the verse to the commonly held attribution flip of Tzaddi and Heh in the Tarot.
Mostly, what I can take from this in a lasting way is the recognition of divinity in all beings and a discrimination of how it shows up in my life. By choice, and thus will, I can determine how I unite with reality through love.
