January 28 (Heru-Ra-Ha) Liber L., Cap. III, v. 46
-
46. I am the warrior Lord of the Forties: the Eighties cower before me, & are abased. I will bring you to victory & joy: I will be at your arms in battle & ye shall delight to slay. Success is your proof; courage is your armour; go on, go on, in my strength; & ye shall turn not back for any!

Reading Crowley's short entry on this verse in his commentary I am slightly encouraged as he states - "I do not understand the first paragraph." In his new comment he equates the "Forties" with Mem and Water while equating the "Eighties" with Peh and Fire. In states these sentences state that the world shall be destroyed by Water and Fire as Aiwass is the the master of both. In this we are infused with strength and protection.
What I gather is that the continuation that the consciousness communicated in this chapter fills the one who attains to it with something like invincibility. The invincibility is in following one's will as the entire universe spurs us forward in accomplishing it as we are one spoke from its hub completing the work at our microcosmic state. The proof is in our lives and in all that we do and we are continually filled with the energy to do this.
