One must give all to the Work. "Thou shalt mingle thy life with the universal life. Thou shalt keep not back one drop." Goods and wealth, health and love must all be surrendered, with or despite one's Will. To hold anything back is to fail at Understanding and to be cast out into the abyss forever. To sacrifice all is to be granted joy and health and wealth and wisdom "when thou art no longer thou."

    This is the Truth.
    This is the Truth.
    This is the Truth.

I'm tied down to two horses
    And they're tearing me apart
    One's attached to my misplaced virtue;
The other's fixed to my heart

And if there's nowhere to run to
And if there's no way to undo
And if I don't want to want to
Tell me now: what should I do?

    Hey nobody, listen to me
I can see right through you, to me
    Carry on, chariot.

    My mind's a bitter mess
    Of old misunderstandings
An oyster shell, broken and jagged
From a lifetime of rough handling

And if I forget my pearl
Leave it with some lovely girl
How you can you be so damn sure I'll
Be ok, for more than a minute?

I knew you before you met me
Promise me you won't forget me
    Carry on, chariot.

    Hoofbeats on the sandy shore
    Keep counting out each measure
    Each beat equal parts
    Of passion and displeasure

And if I can't let you rule
Will you play me for a fool
Wield me like a rusty tool
And carve your Opus out of my life?

I see you see you see you see me
I know you know you know you know me
    Carry on, chariot.

    Loving these poems AB.

Remove those garbs Isis and step on board.
'Ol Charlie, he stole the handle, and the train it won't stop blowing - no way to slow down'.

Total surrender to Nuit, as Scarlet Woman and as None.

Verse 19. seems like a promise, but further meditation reveals it as a simple acknowledgment of a matter-of-fact, stating the truth of what-is: it's the natural magnetic pull of Biynah that's moving the Initiate; once's you've entered the Path, it's inevitable that you must (as necessity of inner law of your own being, and of the Universe) arrive to this point, and pour yourself to the last drop into Her Cup.

It's death for human self-consciousness centered on Ego; and it's the Crown of all the work the Initiate has done from first step on the Path to Adeptus Exemptus phase.
