Liber LXV, Cap II, v. 1-3
- I passed into the mountain of lapis-lazuli, even as a green hawk between the pillars of turquoise that is seated upon the throne of the East.
- So came I to Duant, the starry abode, and I heard voices crying aloud.
- O Thou that sittest upon the Earth! (so spake a certain Veiled One to me) thou art not greater than thy mother! Thou speck of dust infinitesimal!
Thou art the Lord of Glory, and the unclean dog.
-
Through Path of Tav entering into Y'sod; the Veiled One is influence from Tifereth, it expresses the Truth about human nature: it is both divine and earthly, eternal and perishable, the Highest and the Lowest at once; Human is this Middle Point.
This very fact is what keeps the human race alive! This (both physical and spiritual) Sun, this peculiar position "at the hub", "in the midst"; and only through it - by individually & collectively rising to Awareness of It - can we develop further, beyond it, to the Next-next Step (Biynah).
Attaining to the K&C of the HGA is both evolution and survival! Because if not Solar-aware/centered, we are not really Human, but (that which we call) Animal. And Y'sod is the sacred "place" where this experience occurs.
