Liber LXV, Cap. III, v. 28-29
28. The red three-angled heart hath been set up in Thy shrine; for the priests despised equally the shrine and the god.
29. Yet all the while Thou wast hidden therein, as the Lord of Silence is hidden in the buds of the lotus. -
The images evokes a feeling of time past, a what-happened-before.
The outer forms of adoration have become empty, seen as not-worthy ("the priests" indicates multitude - of incarnations? aspects of the psyche?); so attention of the adorer was turned to the inner: the red three-angled heart feels as an image of Hadit-consciousness.Adoani is Inside, hidden; the "dwarf", of-Pluto-symbolism (as understood both astrologically & qabalistically), the essence of all phenomena of experience.
