Forgive me for I have sinned (???)

The word of Sin is Restriction.
Suppose that person A, who tries his best to live according to the Law of Thelema, restricted person B in some way.
Now, suppose that A has realized his Sin and that he wants to atone for it.
How should A do that, in addition to removing that restriction and apologizing to B? -

How should A do that, in addition to removing that restriction and apologizing to B?"Keep in mind, there is no absolute answer. Each condition (C) will produce different methods for A to apply to this R of B.
Suggestion: If it causes no trauma too difficult to withstand for B, A can confess - thus liberating B from the perception of the R. This, of course, must be in tandem with A no longer doing the R thing. A should learn the lesson. B can be assisted by A if correction of C (thus becoming C+) is possible. If correction of C is not possible (keeping it now at C- thanks to A's R), A can vow to avoid said R ever again and absorb what karma (K) is resultant.
Just a suggestion (S) to aid in one's formulation of Will (W).

"Great answers, thanks a lot!
Would you add some sort of ritual to apologize to Nuit, too, if you were A?"A blood oath to the offended (B) describing how you will never do it again. All the accouterments of establishing such an oath can be included as thou wilt. A can take B into a consecrated T and with M.S. (or A.D. as substitute, or any knife I suppose if must be), slice thy chest thrice screaming "NEVERMORE! NEVERMORE! NEVERMORE!"
And the end of your ritual, where one might insert the words "So Mote It Be" or "It is Done" or such, instead you say, "It is forgotten."
The internal image is of a solar-phallic Frog on a Cross of alabaster.
Or, just do what thou wilt and be done with it. Guilt is self-manufactured.

The prayer of repentance to the god thing is useful. It’s functional. It is a statement of the wrong with an apology and a will to do better. If you feel the need to do it, do as thou wilt. It works to change behavior.
But the thing is... that guilt before the god is old school.
You’re still putting the old self to death, dying to self, asking for rebirth, you’re regretting..
From one perspective, all that stuff feels perfectly natural. It’s ingrained.
But ideally, you’re now living under the Principle of the Child, not the Dying God.
Rather, accept yourself and your mistakes as necessary for your growth. Forgive yourself. Nuit already accepts you as you are. There is no breach in that relationship.
Anyway, that’s the best expression of it I can come up with right now.
So. Ideally, no. No prayer of repentance to Nuit. But as your need requires... for now.
My humble two cents.

That is grade A+ plus awesomness! Exactly, for what it's worth from my opinion.
