    93s everyone,

Approximately 2 years ago I applied to the Chancellor of A.A. for initiation. While trying to finish the reading list, I lost track a little bit and read over 30 books from mostly the references in Equinox and Jungian psychology books.

Although I have gained a lot by increasing my knowledge, I still feel myself extremely illiterate about the Great Work.

So is there anyone among you that doesn't follow any specific school of teaching and practicing rituals and yoga only by the books you have read?

I am getting more excited more than ever now that only 3 books left in the reading list. How dramatic was the change in your spiritual growth when you were initiated?

    Thanks in advance,
    With love,
    Hego

Knowledge is the Gate, the Seed of Initiation.
The Great Work, can be said, to be :
      Process of transmuting that Knowledge,
      Into Understanding & Wisdom
      through Experience

      That is how I started.
      I go : In & Out ; Breathing
      I-SO-(E)LATION!
      Followed by -restriction-
      grr...

It can be many things - can you explain to me how it feels to kiss, to hug, to touch those you hold most dear ?
That is something I could never really know -
I like to think I understand, if just a little
Maybe it will be a FART -
You let it go, with flushed cheeks, a moment of embarrassment
Or a sly smile - a test of Kings
You could also hold it in.
      Let it poison you.
      Tell them : MINE
      YOU CAN NOT HAVE IT

Yeah, I had an incredible acceleration of learning after my first formal initiation.

        It wasn’t immediate.

        It was experiential.

It wasn’t through the A.’.A.’. though.

I learned that knowledge, understanding and wisdom are sephirots in kabbalistic tree of life but I can't quite get my head around it. I know that is an important concept but that's it, i don't know what to do with that knowledge.

It feels like something big is coming but I don't know what it is.

Knowledge is " not quite the Sephirot "

To expand on an earlier comment, you can conceptualize Knowledge as a portal.
With Understanding & Wisdom coming from the experience of crossing the threshold, and discovering what is on the other side.

Try to relax, allowing the sensation to flow through.
              Avoid building expectations.

Thank you Uni_Verse. I'll try not to build a high expectation but my curiosity is already at the peak of Himalayan Mountains.
