We are all sorry that there are no T.O.T. temples in Europe, but this is a place one can really find some quality information about the Work. This forum is really a place one can find some good answers, and Jim is helpfull all the time.

Thank you for the answers on the first two. I can see how the third one was unclear, so let me rephrase it - I like it very much how you added the female saints to a lithany "The Earth" and renamed the one with male saints to "The Lion-Serpent". That pretty much answers my question by itself, and is a very elegant and beautifull solution. We here in Split started using it in our performance of The Mass, hope you don't mind.

I have a few questions regarding this mass in comparison to Liber XV, on which I hope you would shed some light.

The first one is about the Gnostic and Catholic Church mentioned in the creed. Is that the same EGC in O.T.O? I seriously doubt so when I see the rest of the Mass, so if not, would you elaborate this for me please?
The second is about the pillars; The usual arrangement is the white to the south and the black to the west, symbolizing the tree of life pillars. What is the logic behind this arrangement (the red in the south and the white in the west)?
The third is about the saints arrangement, which I like very much and see the logic. I'd like to hear yours for a confirmation.

I would also like to further expand my inquiries, but wouldn't like to water it down, so this is the beginning.

Which level is it? I have always thought it was 6=5, but I guess I was wrong?

The daily eucharist practice is indeed very important, and one can use the ritual that best shows his intent, the kind of transformation he is aiming at.
The Mass of The Phoenix is suitable indeed, but if one has doubts about it, one should use some other ritual. The point is in taking raw material from nature (for example cake of light and wine), and consecrate it as for example the body and blood of God. In the end, the magician consumes the God into his own body cells, affirming the transmutation of the same too (or better, actually doing so).
This could be done even by the knocking of will, or by a very elaborate ritual.
Also, any ritual can be modified into your own, as long as you understand what it is that you're doing (and that is something you should always tend to )

If the Star Ruby is used as a banishing ritual, what kind of hexagram is to be used to banish the planets? Star Ruby uses the N.O.X. formula, and classical hexagrams use the L.V.X. and in some way I find it not quite ok to mix it. Am I wrong? Also, the Star Sapphire is inpractical for the purpose, since it is clearly much more than banishing ritual (if it is banishing hexagram at all).
I'd like your opinnions on the matter, Jim's especially?

I have always knowen that there is a brotherhood of saints to whom I owe all my earthly posessions, and that my dedication and daily adorations of the tv-set have their inner meaning!

O.T.O. is a mystical (not magickal) order. It has a defferent system than most magickal orders you mentioned, and that system does not follow the tree of life. It is chakra based. That's why you can not link it to any other system and find apropriate correspondencies.

As far as being a social club, I agree that it is a place to meet and converse with a lot of differend people with interest in Thelema, Magick, Mysticism etc. However, for a serious student, it is also a very effective system of initiations. Following instructions of each degree would take such student very far, and in completing the first triade such student would be finishing the task of a Neophyte in A.'. A.'. at least. However, there is one catch: O.T.O. does not take exams in its course of studies (with mild exceptions), so such progress would need a lot of self discipline.

Mentioning O.T.O. as some caffe bar you can come and hang out at is a serious mistake. It has a lot to offer to its initiates, however its course of studies is, at least in its first triade, a recomendation rather than an obligation, and you can progress through degrees without a real progress. That's why some people diminish its value, but in the end, isn't self discipline needeed in every system?

A.'. A.'. system is clearer in its demands and it follows the tree of life system, so it is very natural to any Magick oriented student, but without self - discipline it works no better than any other system, it just has noone to hang out with while doing nothing

These rituals I've never heard about. What are they, and why are they important for working with the Aethyrs?

Any idea on the word on the line connecting fire and air? This is what I found about the others:

Going from right to left horizontally we have Adam (ADM) and Eve (HVH). Levy says that primal Adam is represented by hebrew Yod, so by adding it to HVH we get tetragrammaton, magical formula of Creation, and unification of the sun and moon, masculine and feminine again. On the line connecting fire and spirit there is the word PChD, fear, the name of Geburah.

I think the last word is KPR, but am not familiar with possible meaning.
