Anxious feeling -
Anxious feelingIt seems to be centered around the heart area, tends to be a tingle on the skin and a pressure inside the chest. This feeling stays in that area. This continues for a few hours afterwards. Next time it happens will see if there are any other issues as these are taken from memory.

Anxious feelingLately after doing exercises, (SIRP, LBRP, etc) besides the usual results have been getting an anxious feeling on the left side of chest. Mediation hasn't given any answers, curious as to if this has happened to anyone else and what they did about it. Just for clarity don't believe it is a physical problem as not out of shape and only 40 years old.
Any assistance would be appreciated -
T.'.O.'.T.'. and A.'.A.'. and O.T.O.... oh my!I had not seen the older thread before this. Thank you for bringing this to light, as it answered some of the questions I also had.

AsanaIn regards to the Dragon asana; are the toes curled underneath pointing back towards the body? or pointed behind you so the insteps would be flat on the floor toes pointed behind you?

GeomancyJohn Michael Greer wrote a very detailed and easy to understand book on this subject. I find the entire system less open to interpretation, Sorta like divinatory binary code. If you do not like the pen and paper method you can use tons of other things, marbles, rocks, runes, spare change etc. The invocation is the most important part. the easiest way to begin is to just use the shield chart. once you get a hang of the characters and there relationships you can move on and add the astrological aspect of this technique. Even though there are only 16 figures it can be a little intimating, like tarot work it in stages.

AsanaIn regards to the Asanas: it is stated there are four and they are then given an order. My question is do each of the four asanas have to be worked on and mastered one at a time starting with the God position? Just one selected to be worked on ? Are there different benefits for each one or are they all the same?

JCrowHello all,
I am kinda new to the study of Thelema, spent time reading Crowley's writings, which brought me to Israel Regardie and the Golden Dawn. Found a branch of the Golden Dawn and spent 3 years practicing and reading about the esoteric arts. After leaving the Golden Dawn I again found an interest in Crowley and Thelema.
Have two questions- Is there beginning practices and meditation like in the Neophyte Grade in the Golden Dawn?
- Also what would be the point and or benefit of doing the LBRP or SIRP with inverted pentagrams, or with the use of them on general.
