How Do I work with each sphere of the Qabalah? And how do i get meditate and get the energies of each sphere, like a middle pillar ritual with god names. I need balance in life and i hear meditating and chanting the spheres will bring balance and what you will into your life are there any ritual formulas in order you would use?
And how do I work the 32 paths? are there any ritual formulas you guys would use to approach this?

Thank you for that information. I've obtained the Regardie big black book of the golden dawn. In the pages of 600's it talks about scrying and astral vision and travel.. And gives percise rituals, so Mr. Eshelman was right. but I think Scrying is a patience game, which doing magick for a few years now, which i've learned.. So I got a black mirror and i got to put in the time.. I think thats why it's important to be disciplined and have concentration and patience.. the reward is congress with the desired spirit and your will and wishes answered..

Part of the OBE/Body of light experience as Ophiel said is Scrying.. For those out there that cant scry, How does one scry the proper way? IS there good books, like ophiel's book and is there others?
What advice do you all have on scrying? what instructions, and what methods and rituals helped you to scry?

Now, Lets say you can finally get into the astral, no problem, or with much effort.. And now you want to do the Evocation of a spirit, and start collection sigils, and building relationships, and walking and talking with the spirits.. What are ways, techniques that you all have founded that work with you? I'd like to also kindly hear some experiences that people had that were successful, and Books that are around to show you this. I used to open portals to call the spirit down, but i'd like to hear opinions, and books, Im looking for new ways, and just for all of us to open up on this subject.. since this is one of the main sciences of magick, and for some.. The only means of magick..

I have trouble astral projecting, I've tried the Golden Dawn Formula.. I've LBRP'ed and MPed and Hexagrammed it and pentagrammed it and meditated it all. I cannot astral project.. I dunno.. Ive tried it all, books robert bruce,and all of that.. I had little result with ophiel's book.. but i dont know what im doing wrong.
But I wanted to make a body of light, and I've tried stuff too, (Golden Dawn Formula, the above paragraph, ect). but, Im getting tired of this making a mockery of me. I was doing pretty good calling up spirits, and opening portals through evocation just by doing the GHR, and a ka dua chants, but now, ive hit a road block, a brain fart, and I dont know why im not connecting to the astral for the spirits to come. The astral is magick, We are magick, Magick happens when the two planes meet one another.. (which happens everyday) but not for me anymore..

ANYHOW Yall, I cannot find the proper planetary sigils of Mercury, Sol and Venus, I try to get a pdf of Agrippa, and it doesnt show them. These are the planetary spirits that can help me FAST. so if you guys could help me out, i 'appreciate it greatly.
Matter of fact.. Someone should start a thread of all the sigils of planetary sigils Im trying to find the most proper ones what do you guys think? is that a good idea?

Or you can call up a Goetic spirit and command them to become one with you.. slowly changing each cell in your body and each cell in your mind to infuse their spirit and being with their spirit and being..
and you can become that spirit.. And also it will become your HGA..
Like Jim said, Archangels can teach you the A.'. A.'. System.. But The holy guardian angel is better at teaching you the A.'. A.'. Because once you find him you will learn all sorts of magick that is not found in oral instruction, nor in books, magick beyond all reasoning..
What you do with it is up to you.. Solomon ruled the Middle East, and the known world of his time.. Aleister Crowley became very powerful just by saying a "word". litterally a word. I truly believe youre not a real magician until you have the guidance of your HGA.

The HGA is the TRUE initiator.. But I got into the astral and i did liber samekh, But i've done direct magic, and connecting signatures within my mind, and it lead me to the holy guardian angel anyways.. Or what I call.. Soul.
of course.. Tiphareth is where the solar Guardians of the higher self are found..
Heres what i did, and how i found mine without violating the terms and request of my HGA
I did it 2 ways, and both are valid
Heres the first way:
If it's too hard to memorize Liber Samekh.. try the second method
Open yourself up and light yourself up astrally and micro and macrocosmically by imagining breathing in light and light enters your lungs and your chest lights up full of light in the minds eye. and breath out a dim mist and imagine the room with misty energy.
that should be done for quite a while until you connect what the minds eye is telling you, you'll notice your energy signatures, most people see energies connecting with other different energies, just follow the connections till you no longer see your own signature energy connection, you'll see a different energy connection.. Whether it be a solar energy connection or what-may-have-you. but this will lead you to your higher self..
Once you connect with that system or connection, began to have knowledge and conversation.. with certain signs and portents these certain signs and portents taught in the holy thelemic books will help you to identify your guardian angel.

You can get stuff from ordoaa.org all the way up to the holy guardian angel degree. Isnt it possible to self study the A.'. A.'. initiate yourself via spirits. and since theres many lineages of the a.'. a.'. i really dont want to travel to go be initiated when i can asgtral travel to learn.. is selftaught a.'. a.'. possible?

It is interesting that you asked that question. I, at first had the same problem with the LBRP. I went to a night club and and I found $300 and a bag of weed. since no one claimed it. and if i turned it in, someone would falsely claim it anyhow. I kept the money and the weed. I thought I was on the price is right! I noticed that I also, too had unwanted attention from women and men and I was somewhat the center of attention that night. and every night I'd do the LBRP before going out. But it took three months to build up that energy to do so. But i was constantly arguing with my girlfriend on the other hand as well.
Jim Eshleman said it best in one of these post is that the effect of the LBRP will "break down your situations in your life, and then rebuild it aligning with your will." that may the answer youre looking for.
Have you tried the star ruby? or the invoking of the pentagram? And if you do the BRH and middle pillar exercise, it helps immensely with the cleasning and reorganizing thou will.
I've taken pictures when im doing the LBRP and theres Orbs surronding me. Blue orbs usually are positive energy. But i cannot make that assumption for you whereas each of our paths towards true will is different.

i mean i've done astral travel.. I can do it.. But i hate it.. I'm trying to take measures for my adhd and try some strattera, thats the only time I can travel is if i take the medicine for ADHD.. I rather take holistic measures however, and take herbs that will improve my focus and concentration.. I can read a book. and I GOT it.. DOWN PAT!! thats why i asked for recommendation of books, so that I dont have to rely on a supplement to concentrate..

The LBRP LHR, MPR, LBRP formula is a good way of building the body of light
And when I did it. People were much kinder to me. But you have to do it relentlessly, it takes months, Astral travel is the hardest thing for me to do.. Others get it right on..
I blame it on my ADHD. I really do.. it makes me wonder sometimes..
there are other ways to build the body of light. Donald Michael Kraig's Book "modern magick" explains other ways. the "very Basic"
but as for me.. this is just all white magick..
