Hi everyone,

So, for about a little over a year now I've had this strange pressure sensation
in my right temple. I cannot seem to get it to go away, sometimes it will go away intermittently
but for the most part it remains. I've also had sensations like a feeling of something swimming
in my skull. It's driving me crazy and I'm trying to find a way to remedy it. I've had a head ct and
spoken with several dr's who all tell me they don't see anything. Which lead me to believe it might
be pranic or some sort of trapped energy. I've also had bloody noses on the right side only, much more frequent
than usual. I have to conclude it's something spiritual or pranic, has anyone else experienced anything like this?
If so, how did you remedy it?

Concerning the grade system of A.'.A.'. (or G.'.D.'.)
If a zelator has hit Chesed (in Yesod) does he swear the oath of the abyss before moving to Hod?
Or is it Binah in Yesod that he is hitting? The movement appears similar, not to mention the 3=8
makes me think of 8=3 or MT. I may be completely off track, but reading Liber 913 and it's assignment
to Zelator (Yet many references to it being the work of an exempt adept) makes me think so. I also recall that a Zelator cannot move to Hod without swearing it (I've also read things contradicting this as well, consider that Crowley saw MT's in everyday life who were non initiates, no formal oath I assume).

If one were doing a working with Liber 913, what incense blend or resin would be best suited? (Something that corresponds to the Belt of the Zodiac itself?)

I was just curious if anyone here knew more about Mather's later years.
I've read several things alluding to him becoming more of a hermit and acting
strangely. That's all speculation though, are there any more direct sources regarding
what happened after the GD fiasco? Particularly regarding the order Alpha et Omega?

Just want to try and find something semi-trustworthy.

I was just curious, I've been researching ritual #1 and I noticed because of the influence of Chokmah
which I believe corresponds to Neptune. Which way does one invoke and are there any God names involved?

I'm also wondering what the sign of the probationer is,vi figured dominus liminis is opening and closing of the veil while babe of the abyss is mulier. But I wasn't sure on probationer (puella?)

Well I thought Abramelin, incense as well or olibanum/frankincense. But
I'm gonna use Abramelin - Crowley Formula. As I have the OG formula as well.

Does the LBRP and LBRH banish the Qliphoth? Or is that an altogether other ritual?
I remember reading about another more obscure way of doing this, is this necessary for those
who are Neophyte or Zelator grade or is this something else entirely. I remember reading
that a Magus sometimes works with "healing" the Qliphoth but I figured this is much different than
banishing them.

Hi all,

I was wondering what the most appropriate incense correspondence for the Star Sapphire ritual would be.
After studying notes, it seems like there is a solar influence and yet also a Binah influence from the NOX aspect.
I came to the conclusion that a solar correspondence such as Frankincense/Olibanum would be appropriate but then I think maybe myyrh or civet for Binah (NOX) and would this change depending upon the formula used NOX/LVX? Also if you guys know any other more obscure practical references that could be used during the ritual e.g ( candle color, oils, altar cloth color, etc.). I had 776 1/2, so if it's easier would it really just correspond to one column?

Often we discuss general banishing work or the rose cross ritual. But i was wondering
more about rituals for healing either yourself or someone you care about. Something
a kin to the rituals in the back of 776 1/2? Or anything really whether modern or from antiquity.
If someone has health issues that may border upon spiritual causes or simply health issues from
physical ailments alone. What kind of working is best suited for this? On another note, if
it could be suggested maybe a side category in the forum so other members can join in if they like
maybe a coordinated way of helping others remotely who request it. Could be interesting to see the results.

I've been trying to understand the significance of this beast from an initiatory perspective
as I know it's more profound and alluded to in literature but not specifically mentioned much in regards
to a more direct correspondence. So far I see that it represents the unconscious mind, but that's very vague.
I mean, so far my instincts point towards Yesod and Netzach as corresponding but I could be way off the mark.
Also, I've read both negative interpretations and interpretations that allude to the white whale as a grail of sorts.
Anyway, I'm just looking for some opinions on what the significance is other than a vague explanation maybe something more elaborate?

In regards to the path of Resh and the movement from Yesod to Hod.
I read a vague warning about the change from the MP to Practicus as it's a swaying from one polarity
to another. What are symptoms or signs of these changes? Also, moving to Hod it's said that Peh partially opens
and a certain diagram describes half of this as "The Black School", does this mean Hod and this school have a connection? Any recommendations for those going through the ordeals of moving to Hod as far as writings go?
Also, when Hod opens up if Peh is activated does the initiate move left towards Hod on the path of Peh?

I've read about the Black Brothers and being an Exempt Adept refusing the abyss but what about moving from Hod to Netzach?

What exactly did they attack you for? Was it the tarot trump and interpretation or something else? I despise censorship but I was just curious, some people are so petty when it comes to fb. That sucks man, but fb is lame anyways.

I hated the film, but I did enjoy the conceptual aspects. As far as the movie itself goes though, I was really shocked at how 'jumpy' (choppy transitions between edits) it was. Every time I see MM now I think of Rust from True Detective. It's actually interesting, if you've seen both Interstellar and TD you'd notice both actually allude to the idea as time and space as a single sculpture in super position, and all places matter ever occupied were visible as a 2D Projection. If anyone here hasn't seen True Detective, I would advise to go watch it immediately.

exact diagram is referring to?

When exactly does the student 'show up' so to speak. Is it 1=10 or 2=9? Or am I way off base?

It's not the availability of the names, those are adequately documented.
I'm just trying to understand when to use which names appropriately if constructing
a ritual. Sometimes I see rituals that include a divine name that while might correspond to
say Yesod, it calls upon a Briatic name rather than a Yetziratic one (Off the cuff example). While I understand the concepts behind most of your outline for ritual construction I'm seeking a general rule of thumb for choosing divine names and how to know which name's to employ. I could probably guess correctly, but I would rather have some compass for using these names in order to grant them the respect they deserve.

I'm trying to find more information on not to find the names themselves, but to which names to utilize during the operation that x operator uses. I see the relationship to plane, but then connecting that to the operation itself
from texts I read sometimes the given working will use names from planes that seem to have no relationship with the plane they intend to draw the force down to. Is there any recommended papers on this specific area?
