Being new to the Western traditions I am looking for information on rituals involving mercury, sulphur and salt as the major focus. Can anyone recommend any books, or other points of reference, to research this? I am primarily interested in ritual work and not really all that interested in alchemical preparations such as tinctures and other laboratory prepared compounds.

Hi all,
My background is in the Taoist and Tantric Buddhist meditative and yogic arts. After about 15 years of this kind of practice I found out about the Western traditions and am now exploring the Hermetic arts.
For anyone who has questions about the kundalini, or the even rarer rever phenomena of shen awakening, drop me a line and I'll chime in.

Hi all,
This is my first post.
I've been practicing the LBRP for awhile now and I've found it is much stronger when I use my left hand. FYI, I am left handed. Is doing this with my left hand a problem?
