Modern Magick was my first book when I was getting into High/Ceremonial Magick. But, as he fortunately said, don't take his word on things. Get more than one perspective. Especially since nearly every ritual in that book is published with blinds in it.
I sort of used his book to find my proper "path" and really haven't looked back at it.
13 = AChD (unity) and AHBH (love)
Could 1/13 possibly be "Love under will"?

But after the laugh, I think of a process of research where you would dive deeper and deeper until you get to the root or the germ of the issue. Sort of like peeling back layers of an onion.

I believe that I've read on some page somewhere (and I do a lot of reading, and sadly little bookmarking) that Asar became El-Asar in Hebrew (which, I guess would be "God-Asar" ??). The Romans added "us" to indicate masculinity of the name (Elasarus) and later the E was dropped to create Lazarus.
I don't think this is the etymological connection you're specifically looking for, but it connects resurrections (if my memory and the story hold water).

This might not be the same idea that Frank is going for; but, when I did a "map" I didn't use both hexagram rituals. I used LRP, LRH and Opening By Watchtower.

I generally "go over" things when I feel that I've made a step in understanding something that I didn't have before. My most recent work on this was a rather large exercise in gematria. I did this after being given a name that might be the name of, or might some kind of a communication from, my HGA (or something else?) and doing a rather extensive amount of the same kind of work on that. Even if the communication was just a prod for me to "work and learn", it still lent to a greater view, even if I'm not at the top of the mountain looking down.
I think it's one of those things that are going to change the more you know and the more you look at it and understand. The first time I had this question, I came up with an answer. After more reading, studying and doing, I've come up with a different answer. More months of the same and I've a third, which probably is at about 4 or 5 typed pages of "Why". Is it **the **answer? I dunno. I suspect that answer will be replaced again in a few more months or years, or when/if I go through initiation.
I think the whole point of the exercise is to exercise.
If someone was deep in a vision or meditation, I surely wouldn't want to pull them out or disturb them. Depending on the severity of what was happening, I likely wouldn't do anything to directly effect them or their concentration during a ritual. If things are obviously, physically bad, I might be more open to intervene. It's hard to tell how people, even people you know well, will react emotionally to every "scenario" that could pop up.
I think in the "Thelemic Tree of Life" that many of those attributions could be placed in multiple Sephira. I believe 776 1/2 marks them as such.
I don't think solve and coagula would be on it, though. From my understanding they're more of a development "process" than a single door, so to speak. Abrahadabra may be the same way, as it's the formula of the completion of the work, so I can see it as a formula of the entire journey as well as the path of cheth.

Sorry, I was going by the "Trump" numbers on top of the card. Yes, Death is the 14th card, but it's ATU 13, as Fool is 0. I should have been more clear.
Interestingly enough, if you use the "Ol' English Standby" of A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, etc until you hit 9, then start over at 1 again, the letters F, O and X, are the three numbers that fall on the 6's.
If you break the letters out into tarot trumps you'd get... (I usually do Os as Ayin)
50 = N = Death = 13 (13th trump)
10 = Y = Hermit = 9
400 = Th = Universe = 21
200 = R = Sun = 19
70 = O = Devil = 15
---- --------
730 77 = 7+7 = 14, Art (adding the value of the trump cards, then adding them together to get a number under 21)

The first thing that springs to mind from looking at the arrangement is the feeling of reduction or simplification. A loss of definition or materiality. Separation of the wheat from the chaff.
On an audio I heard of Regardie doing this, he pronounces it "eh-SHOO-RAY".
Staring off at it for a while really makes me dizzy and I keep getting pulled to the opened eye on the Universe. It's like my eyes are going following something down a drain spiral and I get popped back to the eye every time.
The "mirroredness" of the three cards are really apparent when you line them up like that. As above, so below or everything is a reflection from above.

In a roundabout way, I had it in my opening post - "the completion of the great work". I always took "Do what thou wilt..." to be a welcoming, perhaps an invitation, for all people to find and follow their own true will.
This whole topic could be something that has no rationalization.
It just struck me as odd that non-Thelemic publications from practitioners that I have read (Fortune, etc) seemed to have a huge issue with all involved with the number 11. For example, Fortune writes in "Applied Magic" about Crowley's replacing a battery of 10 knocks to 11 in formulas and comments that in doing this, the ritual becomes "an invocation of the Qliphoth" and "it is an ugly trap for the unwary student". (And then I found it more strange that in 777 it's both that and Abrahadabra)
I'm uninitiated, so no, I really am not deeply familiar with any oaths I'm just (currently) a reader and a practitioner seeking the path that sings to me.
I have them all downloaded and I've read them through a while ago. I will revisit them.

11 is also the path of Aleph, or the Fool that leads to Kether. Perhaps if used as a path, towards the aim of the Great Work, it's not Qlipothic, but it becomes Qlipothic if it (magick, the magick force) itself becomes "the goal". So maybe it's not so much that it's 11=1+1=2, but that nothing should replace "The One".
... this is at least my best attempt of it for now, before I go hit the books...
