The verse says:
"Ye shall gather goods and store of women and spices; ye shall wear rich jewels; ye shall exceed the nations of the earth in splendour & pride; but always in the love of me, and so shall ye come to my joy."

We are being given guidance to be fruitful in our lives and endeavors so that we may come to the joy of Nuit. So that we can reach our individual potentials. It is not simply mundane collection of humanly affairs plagued by the duality of gender and its attendant issues, these are instructions to bear and enjoy the fruit of our lives.

"If this be not aright; if ye confound the space-marks, saying: They are one; or saying, They are many; if the ritual be not ever unto me: then expect the direful judgments of Ra Hoor Khuit!"

If we lose sight of our potential then the ritual (life) is no longer always in the love of Her.

What phenomena do you expect? Could it be that you have a flawed expectation of what "phenomena" may occur during your practice? Why does "something" have to happen? Isn't "nothing" an observable "something" ?

I'd encourage you to continue and record.

That is very interesting, and as long as I've been doing Liber XV as Priestess I have really seen a varied amount of things, mainly astral bodies, perceptions of movement, things of that nature. Generally in the Gnostic Mass I've noted these energies coming from the tomb and from the Stele of Revealing.

There is an interesting analysis of the Gnostic Mass astrally that I ran across while studying Liber XV that you might find interesting here:

Anything in the Student curriculum, it should keep you busy for quite some time.

While pondering this post I came across a book by Corinne Heline called the Cosmic Harp. It relates the solar system and the zodiac to musical notes and composers of the early 20th century. It's an old book copyright by J.F. Rowny Press, but perhaps you can find a copy. Quite an interesting read along this train of thought.

No, the Great Invocation which is in Book 4, written by Crowley. It's used by the OTO in the Spring for Equinox ritual sometimes.

I have been asked to do the Great Invocation on the 20th of March for my local Oasis. I have performed the ritual twice now alone (with a strange result of causing people to bring me beer). I have only seen it done by someone else once and do not have a lot of good reference material for research on practical issues surrounding the ritual performance itself. What sacrament would be appropriate? Which robe would be appropriate? The staff I was thinking of using is a short iron rod, is this inappropriate? Is audience participation a good thing or detrimental?

Suggestions on the performance would be appreciated!

Except... if it's "identical," then it only is by definition.

I've just finished reading that part of the book myself, and I had the same question. The only thing I keep going back to in trying to apprehend this chapter is this:
"Because Abiegnus, the Mountain of the Adepts in the New Aeon is identical with Zion, the Holy Mountain of God, the City of the Pyramids under the Night of Pan." (pg.155).

Sometimes he's considered the Granddaddy of Industrial music, Z'EV is known for using the Qabalah for percussive instrumentation and ritual.

He has a book that goes in depth about his method. I think there is vast potential with the method, although I have no personal experience with it.

From what I understand, this is something done after the Q-cross and before the Pentagrams.

I'm actively working the A.'.A.'. system, and also working towards ordination as Priestess in the EGC.
