I have a small theory establishing a relation between the Titans and the ToL.

I would definitely attribute the Titans to Binah, or at least the first . Since they all come from Gaia, I could easily identify her with the "mother of abominations". For instance, Selene, as the Lunar role of Binah in the Heavenly Hexagram; Oceanus, the ocean, which is quite clear related to the great waters of Binah - and his sister/consort Tethys, also a Titan, holdiing similar attributes; Cronus/Saturn as the planet; Eos/Helios/Hyperion as the Saturn-Sun (I really can't recall from which mythology or age that was, but I'm pretty sure Saturn was considered as the first sun or father sun, or something like that).

As for their children, the Olympian Gods.. I think I would relate the Titanomachy to the breaking of the Logos at the abyss. Since the expansion of the Sephira is taking place downwards (f.i. the sword), I would consider the part of the mythology after the Titans have been defeated as a reference to the world from its current perspective, below the abyss.

But one question that raises is, why do you consider the previous achievement of the K&C of such importance?
Is it because it is an anchor for the practitioner not to get drifted away with such forces?

Would you actually agree that under very explicit circumstances, such entities could, due to their low nature and place in the Yetziratic tree, provide a breakthrough against specific unresolved residuals?

I have a question, which although may seem unorthodox, my perception has changed since an experience I had about 1-2 years ago.

Why do we consider "demonic/dark" archetypes as Qlippothic?

Although for the past few years I had been involved with both invocations and evocations, one of the most successful rituals I had been involved with, was connected with the invocation of such a dark archetype. The end result was:

1. I managed to achieve a state of consciousness which seemed to free me from various restrictions.
2. subconsciously at that time all my innfer fears rose up the surface and I managed to free myself from a very big portion of them.

It actually seems that it made me free from energies that had been trapped in the shells for quite a long time, instead of doing the opposite.

I think that the terminology Draconian Magick has been used mainly by Karlsson because Dragon Rouge is associated with the symbol of the dragon. As it is written on their web-site "Typhon represents the Red Dragon and the eternal primeval force and matter from which all originates". So, I think it's just a matter of semantics.

Ophidian derives from the Greek word Ophis, which literally means snake. I'm unaware of any tradition claiming to be ophidian but it sounds as it's the same concept as the Draconian one.

I think you might be referrring to the following passage:

"Tree there is a flow down and up the positive and
negative aspects of our own subjective levels of consciousness, whereby the spirit
inspires mind, and mind directs the emotions, and the emotions form the etheric double,
and the etheric double inoulds the physical vehicle, which is the "earth" of the circuit."

And this makes it more perplexed for the case of my friend I mentioned.

I don't think there is a specific result that "guarantees" the K&C process. If I remember correctly, Liber Samekh was created for a very expicit occasion. I think everyone must find himself his own method of doing it.

During every practice I personally use a variation of the formula of the Invocation of the Highest Divine Force. Some orders actually claim that by being guided by this formula, practicing constantly various rituals can help in the attainment of the K&C.

As for Adonai, I think it's just another name/perspective of the HGA.

Although I agree with what you said, I wouldn't consider these as projections, but mostly as patterns I have observed. That's why I stated previously that this is just a subjective point of view.

But seriously, although a ritual is based on sensation, the aren't the final results of it more coherent in emotional terms?

My biggest trouble with specific and long rituals is that:

1. I can't easily reproduce the same consciousness and emotional effect with a precise ritual.
2. I can't keep this effect for too long. I guess that's why we must "Enflame ourselves in prayer", in order to make the results of a Magickal operation permanent.

Regarding Magick, I was referring to a path spiritual development. I understand the effects of Magick and the alteration of perception as having an emotional infrastructure, influencing also the subconscious mind. Unfortunately this is just my subjective way of understanding it. Since existence is pure joy and the sorrows are but shadows, I conceive the expression of shadows in such a rigid way (as my friend's disorder) as an obstacle which seperates one from his/her true self and the expression thereof.

I was wondering about the correlation between emotions and Magick. To be more precise, is Magick an emotional process and are emotions required in order for Magick to work?

To be sincere, this issue started whirling in my head quite recently, when I encountered a friend who is really instested in starting his journey, but has been suffering from some form of post-traumatic disorder; he claims that due to his disorder he cannot experience any emotions for about a decade and medical treatment couldn't resolvle his issue

So, if one cannot get absorbed into his/her emotions, nor get in any kind of ecstatic condition, could this be an unbreakable barrier for this individual?

Although I remember the illustrations of the LVX signs in Magick in Theory & Practice, I can't recall it mentioning a direct correspondence with 5=6. I can't check it out right now though, but I trust your words.

This issue has troubled me quite a bit, lately. Various Thelemic literature suggest that the LVX signs and the IAO formula are applied only in Malkuth, since the concept of resurrection has been replaced with the Enthronemend of RHK in Tiphareth. So, if I may inquire, what is the role of the LVX formula in Tiphareth from a Thelemic point of view? How can it practically be applied and what's its role in the K&C with the HGA?

I have a brief question about Liber Resh..
It was explained, in another topic, the symbolic location of
the practitioner is placed between Yesod and Tipharet.

My question is, why would one use the LVX signs towards Tipharet?
Isn't this an "Old Aeon" perspective? Aren't the LVX signs, according
to the "New Aeon", referring to Malkuth?
