MT, Robert wasn't referring to states of consciousness when he was talking about relaxation. He was talking about not taking off anything from your alertness just because you have the capability to relax. This doesn't have anything to do with lowering or heightening your level of consciousness, relaxedness and alertness are attributes of consciousness, neither being greater or lower than the other.
Well, that's how I interpreted it

I've read occultism worth hundreds or thousands of books, but I only know specifically about going through the whole body in one's mind in the way that people know about Britney Spears, that is, as basic common knowledge. Didn't know you meant that.

With relaxation of the body, do you mean some yoga type of stuff or specifically things like lying still?

Actually, my name refers to my actual name, only with a twist that has to do with my name's origin. I've watched Dracula a few dozen times over a couple of years, but I haven't dragged myself to get the book. Jim, what you say is just what I hoped for!

You cannot speak with a Finnish person. In a while you'll start feeling what you're doing wrong, but it's just that way. There is a very high slavic taste to my family. And there's a high determination in my family to bring everything upside down all the time, which isn't Finnish, the Finnish part in me is that I'm shy.
