With my regards,
I need to ask you for a little guidance. I'm reading books about Thelema, Qabalah and Aleister Crowley, however there is no pattern in my study. Most of the time I got confused and regressed to where I start.
Would you please give me your advice about which book, which study to begin with? Any help is appreciated.

Well, you posted this in a section about my book Pearls of Wisdom. I honestly think it might be the very best place for you to start (and I'd think that if I hadn't written it). You can get the book from Amazon or from www.thelema.org/publications

Agreed. The three zero chapters at the beginning of Pearls are, IMO, the single best introduction one can find.
While you're waiting for it to arrive, I might recommend:

Not a problem. It seems you primarily wanted to discuss Pearls of Wisdom anyway
