Ring out

Occasionally, my girlfriend and I hear beeping, or single rings at times, especially when I have not banished in awhile. We live in a VERY haunted place that is nice n halloweeny/walpurgischnaunt-y, and Ive noticed for years now that the energy has been calmer and less bizarro stuff happens the more often I banish and evoke helpful powers.
Quite a lot of et activity on this old cival war battleground property as well, but we can not distinguish the beeps and rings from karmic residue to intergalactic origin.
Anyone ever experience this? People who also live on this same land experience this as well.

I used to have poping clicking sounds in my room while practicing daily pranayama so it seemed it was caused by energy work in general. Anyway buddhists say that you should not care about the phenomena just continue practice. Good luck.

And I am fully experienced with aurial phenomena of 1000+ug delysid, a full array of the pops, clicks, gushes, rushes, and sounds of the internal clockwork. But your advice works with this phenomena too as long as I banish.
