I have a question, I have been pondering lately if it would be possible to induce a mental state capable of manipulating time so as to be able to reverse or even freeze it. What do you all think?
Second, would this even be necessary if one was proficient with astral techniques?

Yes, there is a mental state that can freeze and even reverse time. It's called boredom.
