Liber Resh & The assumption of God forms
-
During my resh, I assume the appropriate God form. After that, I recite the passages from The Book of Law. (Unity uttermost showed....abide with me Ra-Hoor-Khuit). When I start reciting the first passage, am I meant to continue holding my assumption of the God form? As I approach the end of my verse, I declare myself as Ankhafnakhonsu and visualize myself standing in his place in the Stelle of Revealing. How do I make this transition?

I think that's a counter-sense. If you declare yourself various identity, then how can you mantain the assumption of the God's? However, the best method is the one who suit to you. Do What Thou Wilt Shall Be The Whole of the Law.

That's never what I've done, and not what I think is he intent of the instruction. For one thing, you change your physical position (the Adoration is done in the Sign of Osiris Risen, so-called). For another, the god-forms of the individual quarters (god-forms of Ra, Tum, etc.) are those at the perimeter - as at the edge of the circle - whereas the Adoration is an abiding at the center, as an idea behind and deeper than any of the four. (I base that statement on the deeper ritual, the A.'.A.'. Second Order initiation, where all of this comes together.)

I've never done that specific thing as part of Resh (though it's a beautiful visualization). However, the answer would be: Well, uh, with your imagination. That's where image-management occurs. Just let it transition.
