Regardies' - One Year Manual

I have not yet purchased this book but am very interested if anyone else on the forum has obtained it and actually followed the one year course towards its goal. Spiritual enlightenment.
Shortly I would like to take one year to follow its guidance, many of the practices i would have already carried out to a degree. Hopefully this would assist me in the visualizations, mediating etc.Any feedback however brief would be extremely grateful.

It's a solid, sound program.
