rite of stars?

Does anyone know of any rituals that work with sidereal, rather than planetary, energies? I would like to construct and carry out a ritual relating to the stars at a particular site imbued with magical energies going back for hundreds of years. I have had strong magical experiences in the city where I live - not all necessarily desirable - and I would like to do this one last ritual before I permanently move on.
To give a little background, the place is in the middle of a park with three straight paths approximately half-kilometer in length leading up a hill, in a large A-shape with a line in the middle, to a star-shaped building at the crown of the A, built in 1555. The middle path is called “The Way of the Stars”. The paths culminate in a grassy square and the star-shaped building is on the other side.
I believe this site was built based on the founding myth of the city, which was founded by a sorceress in the 8th century. She had a vision of the city whose glory “reached up to the stars” and the translation of the city name is, roughly, “Threshold (to the stars)”.
I should mention that a battle was fought at the exact site in 1620 and the local people suffered a historical defeat. Some claim the battle was a “turning point” in the history of the nation, representing a psychological defeat from which the people never recovered even to the present. As such it is imbued with sadness and heaviness according to some local hermeticists.
I am not aware of any rituals mentioned by AC that work with sidereal energy, but any information or advice in this endeavour would be appreciated.

I'll have to think about this. On a "not exactly a ritual" basis, there's Liber NV. There may be something else I'm forgetting, but nothing jumps out.
There's the 7° advancement ritual of Temple of Thelema, which kinda fills this bill, but isn't available outside that degree. It admits to Chesed in part as a reflection of the stellar currents of Chokmah and Mazloth.
Various Medieval grimoires have sigils and other links to specific stars, if that's where you're going with this. If, instead, you want to connect to the entire field of stars per se, then Chokmah is the correct root-idea, or possibly the Path of Heh.

"Thanks Jim. I would like to connect to the entire field of stars, not a particular star. I'll send more details of the site by PM and let me know what you think.."
Please don't use PM for this sort of thing.

"Just for clarification I sent via PM because the site should not be openly identified."
And that may not be necessary information for someone to help guide you in the ritual direction.
Please state your specific goal for the ritual in a single sentence - we can go from there if you want.

"To what specific end? Specific stars, or the star field in general?
I think the key idea would be to use yourself as the magical link. You, being present, need to fill yourself as fully as possible with the stellar energies by appropriate invocations (or by a long-term practice culminating there, such as Liber Nu). Alternately, you could create a series of metal talismans (say, copper for all of them) consecrated to various particular stars or to the 12 signs of the zodiac or some such thing, and consecrate them appropriately, bury them on the site in a geometric arrangement deemed suitable, and then do a ritual on the spot to draw down stellar energies and anchor them to the particular talismans.
You could draw the stellar energies into a wine or other elixir and then consume it. Then, a couple of hours later, urinate around the ground. That would complete the link in a physical way.
Those are a few ideas.
"I prefer the talismans over urinating since I fear the latter would be lost amongst the other dogs marking their territory in the park.. Can you recommend any good titles for talismanic magick?
I will need to meditate on the intent a little longer.

Regardie's (out of print but available) book on talismans is quite excellent.
