Whats the best way to meditate on the tree of life.. and maybe chant each sphere and ect..
The hindu's use mantras to meditate, there has to be kabbalistic mantra as well.. I'm doing this experiment to go further into the tree of life..
I could contact the HGA.. and the spirits.. but I want to read some advice before i do that.
again, the best way to meditate on the spheres, and maybe theres some kabbalistic mantras to explore?

Whatever other advice is offered, can I point out that the physical posture for meditation in the Jewish mystical tradition is known from Merkaba/Hekhalot literature.
It is to sit in a chair or on a bench (this was often done in synagogue) and lean forward until your chest touches your legs. It is difficult but you get used to it, with practice.

One popular form of Qabalistic meditation is known as Pathworking. Pathworking can be done solo or in groups, but they generally take the form of a guided tour of sorts of one of the 32 Paths of Wisdom. Path correspondances can be found in Liber 777.
Mantras can be constructed using the God-name associated therewith (also found in 777), or by chanting the titles of the Path in question or spelling them in full, i.e., for Path 4 (Chesed), one might make a mantra of Cheth Samekh Daleth, or for Path 11 (Aleph), Aleph Lamed Peh.
A general knowledge of the Hebrew aleph-beth, the Major Arcana, & astrology are also helpful (if not imperative) in Pathworking.

How would you construct that Mantra? for instance changing Chesed, over and over again like 108 times or 1008 times? or for instance
the path of Kaph, how would you make a mantra for that?
