I don't know if there is a thread for this book here yet but there should be by golly!
I got my book from Mr Eshelman's site directly and not only was he nice enough to give me and anyone who orders from that site free expedited shipping, the book (hard-cover) is very cheap for such a great textbook and useful and interesting tome.

I am still studying my syllabus works and reading all the books for my Student grade of A.:.A.:. but so far the introduction and the Student chapter are very wonderful.
I just wanted to say thanks in public to Jim for publishing such a wonderful work. The appendixes may not have new material per say but it is also very great that they are all there in one book .

If anyone is sitting on the fence about buying this book I strongly recommend purchasing it!

I will write more here as I get deeper into it!
