Samekh Questions

I have taken up performing Liber Samekh with some spectacular results but had a question on a technical point of the ritual, namely when performing the LVX signs in the climax point following the tracing of the Mark of the Beast... do you perform the WHOLE analysis of the keyword or just recite the names of the signs or say nothing at all? Also in tracing the fire elemental symbol, the sun wheel like thing, all versions look incredibly complicate, is there a specific manner to trace that SOB or what? LOL.

Although this is a highly personal ritual, the generic answer would be: Just the signs. (Think of them in this context as the Spirit signs, used in the same fashion as the signs of each element with respect to their pentagrams.)

Top to bottom, left to right - that's the general way to trace most things.

I don't know that it's inappropriate; but you'll definitely benefit more from it later. It's definitely graduate-school level. But, then, there's no reason a freshman can't sit in on a graduate seminar now and then.
You will learn a lot, and may get a worthwhile result, no result, whatever - you'll still learn a lot. Probably the worst risk is that you'll get a result that you aren't ready to understand and it will mislead you (kinda like a major realization on an acid trip that you then latch onto for the next four years like it's the truth <g>).
