Jim, I have two questions regarding these daily meditations:

    1. Is there any specific place one should begin from? I.e. is it "too late" to begin them now? Should I wait until the beginning of another chapter of Liber LXV? etc.

    2. This may sound like a dumb question... but how does one actually "meditate on" these (or any) verses? Can you recommend a method or approach? Is it as simple as memorizing the set of verses and reading them to yourself in your head like a mantra?

    93, 93/93.

Well, ideally from the beginning. But don't let missing the first couple of weeks block you from starting. Just start! 😄

There is some discussion in one of the early posts in that forum.

I noticed the daily meditations are no longer visible. Are they coming back, or is that experiment over?

FWIW they were one of my favorite parts of the forum.

I wasn't planning on it this year. In the past, I let a couple of years lay idle in between - doing it two consecutive years got no participation.

So let me ask the group as a whole: Whattaya think?

This is my first year here, but I found my daily experiences constantly synched to the daily meditations(especially for AL; my god!), which naturally led to such sharp insights into the material. I know I could do this on my own, but I'm not sure the effect would be the same(lust of result, etc.).

If it's too much of a workload to maintain, I understand completely, but know at least I was actively gaining much from them.

I really love it and today I started again in my journal. Jim shoulders most of the load (if not all!), but in this past year he didn't seem to mind when we chipped in a bit.

I for one am mixed on losing the past year's meditations. On the one hand there was some really great stuff in there and on the other it gives me the opportunity to look at with fresh eyes without the temptation of going back to find meanings or look at past thoughts.

I am looking forward to it's return, when ever that may be.... more so if Liber VII: Liber Liberi vel Lapidis Lazuli is next up.
