How would you categorization this? You intake gold or white light and eventually exhale it. Then you visualize white or gold light opening up each chakra. Soon you move on to visualising the colour ball chakra of your choice, spin it clockwise and eventually exhale that chakra's appropriate colour smoke out of mouth of course. Use this method to get all of your chakras working harmoniously together; some have ground to a halt and some haven't. The ones that haven't therefore must overcompensate for the halted ones. How would this fit into Thelemic practice?
