Problem averted.....to an extent. I just did half an hour and I recalled AC's advice to roll back eyes and tongue whilst clenched teeth during one's asana in order to fix attention. Subsequently the body's streamings are allowed to flow downwards as breathing becomes deeper.

One can usually tell if someone is really dead by a feather to the nose or to the ears.
