Those are both very generic, general rituals. In their normal use, they aren't tuned to a particular Qabalistic theme. (That is, the fact that the Pentagram has a Geburah quality doesn't mean you should just use Dragon's Blood, because it isn't primarily used as a Geburan ritual.)
If you are using incense with them, it should be whatever your standard generic temple incense is at the moment. There are several substances that are sacred and fairly catholic (even when they have other specific attributions in other settings) - for example, frankincense, jasmine, the various sandalwoods, etc. Some people might prefer general temple mixes bought from various sources. Temple of Thelema initiates may want to use the same incense that is employed in our monthly convocations. Something like Nagchampa and a few distinctly Tibetan incenses also work very well for me without having European overtones.

93, 93/93"It matters your intention. For LBRP are you banishing or using it as an invocation of HGA (it works simultaneously as both)? For invoking HGA you would use a different incense than simply a basic banishing (which traditionally does not necessarily call for incense but easily could be involved). As for Middle Pillar - again: whats your intention? Is it equilibrium? Pick an incense that means this for you. Is it attainment to the highest sphere? Pick something related to Kether/Tiphareth for this. Its all about what you will - incenses are just smells that can be manipulated/used at Will just like every other magickal weapon (read: everything in the Universe)

I would agree with Jim & IAO131(except for LBRP working for both - an invocation of HGA would require LIRP, no?) on this matter...all I might add is, if you are so inclined & must have an LBRP incense, that a combination of Sagittarius & Mars scents(lign-aloes paired with Dragon's Blood, for instance) might suffice, as the magician, when performing LBRP, is to imagine herself standing on the cross-road of the Paths of Samekh & Peh.

What do you find most suitable about Opium incense? and how is this obtained?

I often used "Meditation" incense when doing the LBRP. I have no idea what was in it, however when I first received it, I took a whiff and for a second thought I was meditating. Of course, I would also meditate in the circle after the ritual.
A number of times I did the LBRP with "Nile Temple" incense, that I bought at a small wiccan shop. I love the scent, and seems to give the room a real 'sacred' feeling.
I do not think I have ever done Middle Pillar with incense.

"How can the LBRP be used for invoking ones HGA? I tried to speculate, and find a suitable formula, but came up empty handed. But, my head is pretty vacant when it comes to Thelemic material. "
While this is a very personal thing - everyone needs to find his or her own formula - here are a couple of categories of approach.
(1) Remember the advice given to the Probationer never to assume that the name of any god refers to any god at all except that which is most intimately and personally known to oneself. That is (in this sense), understand that every Divine Name vibrated is simply a different aspect of one's HGA, and see where that leads you.
(2) Every mathematical detail of the pentagram is an expression of the HGA and one's relationship thereto. In the broadest sense, the pentagram (in the ratios of the different parts of the five lines) is the best mathematical expression of the Golden Mean, which mathematically expresses that "the lesser is to the greater as the greater is to the whole" - essentially, "That which is above is like unto that which is below," etc. Those well experienced in the pentagram ritual are mindfully invoking the relationship of oneself to the HGA with every stroke of the finger or sword. - At a more complex level, these mathematical ratios end up expressing the gematria values of every Divine Name used in the ritual. It's all very tightly connected, and every gesture or breath ends up being an invocation of the Divine.
