Travelling for Initiation?
-
Alright, I had a theoritical. If a person were willing to travel to the T.O.T., but could only stay, say, 3-4 days, and than would have to leave to return to career/family, would it be possible to make headway into joining? If it were possible to periodically return, say once every three to four months, would that make it more practical? Finally, what if joining the T.O.T. was not the goal, but instead to join the actual AA as a Student, what would be your recomendations then?

There are definitely provisions for this in Temple of Thelema. Depending on the individual etc., they could certainly make progress in this fashion.

One doesn't "join the... A.'.A.'. as a Student." The pre-probationary Student period is outside of and preliminary to the A.'.A.'. framework. - But if you meant joining Temple of Thelema as a way of fulfilling the Student requirement, the answer would be the same as above.
