At least some of these do appear to have Qabalistically distinctive meanings.

From Sepher Sephiroth:
Ra Hoor Khu=577=TMIRH DTMRIN(The Concealed of the Concealed)
Ra Hoor Khut=586=ShVPR(War-trumpet)
Ra Hoor Khuit=596=IRVShLIM(Jerusalem)...the first two correspondances are evident enough, but the third is a bit more puzzling. I am reminded of Metzareph's comparrison of Jerusalem with Heru-salem...

Probably Rev 3:12 and Rev 21:2 may be of some use. Herusalem is cool.

Vincent has an English Qabalah where he states that the IT termination (which equals 93) denotes manifestation. According to his system Ra-Hoor-Khu = 666 which equals Aleister Crowley, and Ra-Hoor-Khuit is 666 +93 which equals "Edward Alexander Crowley".
I agree in that I suspect they represent different aspects of the god.
