Harry Potter and possible crowley reference
-
Alright, I'm a huge Harry Potter Nut and I listen to it on audiobook while I'm driving to work. So the other day I'm listening to a portion where the students are taking their placement tests and the character Hermione says, "Oh no! I confused the rune Ehwaz with Eiwaz! (and the reader pronounced it eye-wasz). So I had to refer to the actual text to see how the author spelled it and found out it is indeed an actual rune (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eihwaz). I mention this because it sounded like Aiwass.
Anyway, I notice quite a few symbolic correlations between harry potter and crowley-esque beliefs and wondered if anyone else had any input regarding this subject. BTW, isn't it amazing that J.K. Rowling is the richest woman in britain, richer than the queen! All because she wrote a series about a coming of age boy magician. Magickal in itself.
