No. Those were Crowley doodles. He abandoned them soon after. Attempts to build on that are bogus.

At what point did he abandon those notes? ...I have found some interesting proofs using chronological number assignments to the letter ordering displayed in his notes.
Does the fact that he abandoned it prove it bogus? ...he abandoned Liber L for a time as well...
