not a dreams but visions of sorts

hard to explain but usually when i am reading (only happened twice and both times with different kenneth grant books) i am not asleep and feel fully awake and see with my outside eyes but all of a sudden as im lying there with the book it feels as if an outside thought is pushed into my mind. i am smart/experienced enough to recognise my own thoughts and daydreams or minds eye from Me. this wasnt from Me it was pushed in from Somewhere.
i saw with my minds eye as my real eyes were open and staring a sort of magickal glyph or arrangement.
at the apex was a star . either a star like of the normal star of david six pointed type, or the crowley six pointed star made of two 'arrows'. on the left below the star was a glyph of a hawks head and on the bottom right of the star across from the hawk was a glyph of a crab
at the bottom point directly below the star and thus between and below the two animals forming a total diamond shape was the glyph of a beetle.
so the whole arrangement was a diamond with the apex a star and the bottom a beetle. this lasted a microsecond and flashed and was accompanied by a slight feeling of pleasure in my frontal lobe/third eye as one gets from good meditation or standard pleasure response.
i drew it as soon as i reliased it was something that felt important and not from me. as i looked at the clock i found it for some reason was 'transmitted' or recieved right at midnight exactly on the morning of the 28th of december. i had been reading hecates fountain the beginning of the chapter 6th. the first few paragraphs.the previous 'transmission' was while reading outside the circles of time and i saw with my physical eyes and minds eye the formation of a sigili, it was a type of M that was mounted on top by a shape similar to /__\

but with no spaces between the two. and there were little circles on the end of the lines. like stylised. the whole including the abbreviation and numbers (desc below) were glowing like the sun or on fire.
and underneath was written I.P.S.O.S. and below that the number 166, and below that the number 13.as the later one it felt like i didnt think it it just impinged itself on my consciousness. i hadn't recorded the time because i thought itw as a one time thing.
any ideas?
i have been practicing astral projection but only got partway out. and i have only performed the LBRP but i am very sensitive and spiritual. and have always had vivid dreams but these were not dreams...hmm -
i forgot to mention i also have done some work with sigils my self in conjunction with what youd politely call VIIIth degree workings. but such unstructured activities as these though they had results were not done ritualistically, just i suppose mindfully and also astrally.

I like both of the above as possibilities.
You could draw them up and spend some time meditating with each and see what comes up. Working with the gematria of those numbers and letters may yield fruit, along with meditating on the tarot correspondences of the letters.
That sense of "transmission" from some "other" source is almost a defining characteristic of information spontaneously emerging from the subconscious, so it may be wise to keep that in mind when investigating any "outside source." It is not unheard of for people to become obsessed with discovering the "outside source" and drive themselves insane following a never-ending wild-goose chase projected from within - so a word of caution.

i meditated on the lamen looking one for awhile but didn't get much out of it. i didn't do it very long tho. as for the most recent and complex one which was accompanied with the most amount of feeling and energy , with the animals, i didnt try that one yet. i should tho.

The first image is a fairly classic mandala, which is why I thought it was a lamen emerging from unconsciousness. You have your aim or source at the top (the hexagram), with three animating or energizing principles below. The crab could be either a reference to Scorpio/Nun or the Moon/Qoph (which, astrologically, is Pisces). The Horus-hawk could come from a number of points on the Tree. The beetle would be Khephra, the Sun at midnight in opposition to, or complementing, the solar hexagram at the top.
The truncated pyramid in the second image is a standard magical symbol that you can Google. The M... Maim, for Water? You seem to have a water affinity here with Nun and Qoph, so that might be something worth exploring.
Mostly, apart from doing some basic searching for info, I'd just let the symbols speak in their own time. I don't think you'd go insane looking for meanings but yes, you can waste a lot of energy trying to force these things into a rigidly rational pattern. Some symbols need to unveil themselves, and evolve in their own time.

that is fascinating. especially as my dreams in the other forum are almost all dealing with water and caves. i have loved these areas since i was small so perhaps its not an accident that i have them in my subconscious, also im a pisces.. its amazing that these can be so coherent though.
